Weighted hula hoop

I have not received my product this was ordered months ago. I have asked for refund but never received it. Never will I order from you again.

Hi Martina, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we're sorry to hear that you're not 100% satisfied about your recent shopping experience with us. We have taken a look into the matter for you and can see that An Post delivered your order on 20th April 2023. We've looked through our previous conversations and it looks like we haven't heard back from you since we provided you with on update on the delivery status of your order on the 18th April 2023 (2 days before it was delivered) and there is no mention of you asking us for a refund. If you do not believe this to be the case then we would politely ask you to contact An Post directly as they will be best placed to assist you. I thought I was ordering the full product with the extension. Somehow I got the extension only. I found a better quality producg for much less since.
