What does it consist of?
The 5-day plan offers 5 workouts targeting different muscles groups using a set of dumbbells. Video tutorials are given for the range of exercises you can choose from to make sure your form is tip top. With auto-regulated technology in our spreadsheets, based on how you rate the workout, following workouts will update accordingly. Meaning that the given amount of work will be just right for you.
