- Lie flat back on the bench with a barbell held straight above your face at a narrow grip, palms facing toward your feet. Feet planted into the floor.
- Keeping the upper arms straight, bend the elbow so that the barbell lowers towards your forehead (hence skull crusher).
- Once close enough to your forehead, keep your elbows pinned close together, use your triceps to fire up the barbell so your arms are straight above you.
