How To Do A Dumbbell Front Raise

Written Instructions

  1. Stand upright with your feet hip width apart, hold two dumbbells down in front of you resting on your thighs with your palms facing you.
  2. Keeping your core tight, raise your arms upwards until they reach shoulder height.
  3. Try to avoid locking the elbow out.
  4. Once you’ve reached shoulder height, slowly lower the dumbbells back down.
  5. Repeat for desired reps/time.
