Our 2 Day Dumbbell Destroyer plan is perfect for newbies kickstarting their fitness flame or for more experienced athletes looking for some complimentary work for their already existing training programme. All you need is a set of dumbbells and a good dose of dedication.
What does it consist of?
This plan consists of 2 days of full-body workouts that last 6 weeks, progressing as the weeks go on. The 7th week is a de-load week to allow your body to fully recover. Choose from a range of exercises that best suit you and check your form with our video tutorial attached. Our spreadsheets are auto regulated, meaning that based on your own personal experience of the workout, the future workouts will adjust to meet your needs.
All our plans can be reused for years to come. After completing a killer round, head back to the start of the plan, choose different exercises and get fitter all over again. Based on the auto-regulated technology, the workload will be challenging for all levels of fitness.
