What does it consist of?
Our plan consists of 3 full-body workouts a week for 6 weeks with a well-deserved de-load week at the end. With a choice of exercises to choose from and auto-regulated technology, our spreadsheets update for you to make your workouts the correct workload for you, making this plan truly customisable. We’ve also included video tutorials for all exercises so you can make your form flamin’ good.
