Based on your own experience of the workout just completed, the future workouts will update accordingly. Making sure your body is performing most effectively. Video tutorials of all exercises are also linked into your spreadsheet in case you forget your flamin’ good form or just need a refresher.
These plans are 100% recyclable. Once you’ve smashed out all 6 weeks with the de-load week on week 7, go back to the start, change the exercises, update your 10RM and fire up your training once again.
