What does it consist of?
Our 3 Day Strength Sizzler plan consists of 3 days of powerlifting focused workouts, that can be customised by yourself by choosing what exercises to do. Video tutorials are also given so you can make sure your body is performing in a perfect manner. After completing the workout, you rate the soreness in your muscles, this updates the spreadsheet allowing for effective progressions and adaptations to be made. A truly customisable, progressive strength plan to create your strongest self.
All of our plans can be recycled. Meaning once you have completed a killer cycle and taken the well-deserved rest of our de-load week on week 7, you can fire back over to the start, mix up the exercises, update your bigger and better 10RM and start over.
