Our 4-day plan offers 4 sessions a week for 6 weeks split into lower and upper body days. Spread these across the week as you see fit. With a range of exercises to chose from, each one has a video tutorial attached so you can get that form perfect. The auto-regulation technology of our spreadsheets also means that’s the workload you are given is the correct amount for you, based on how you found the previous workouts.
