What does it consist of?
Our auto-regulated downloadable spreadsheet gives options of a range of exercises targeting all muscles groups. Choose the best ones for you to build that killer bod. Instructional videos are attached in case you forget your perfect form. Weights and sets are planned for you to properly take the thought out. Along with a rating system, the workout updates with progression and adaptations based on your own personal experience of their previous workout. A fully customisable plan to suit your needs.
Once you’ve reached the end of the killer 6 weeks and eased off with the de-load week, go back, swap exercises, amend the 10RM and go again! This plan can be recycled for years and years to come, choosing from the range of exercises to make your training variable, updating your 10RM to make sure your stretch gains are staying up to date.
