What does it consist of?
Our 5-day plan consists of 5 workouts split into upper body, lower body and full body days, allowing for a proper burner. The downloadable spreadsheet has auto-regulation technology, meaning that based on your experience of the workouts, the following workouts will update to best suit your needs. All exercises are accompanied by a video tutorial allowing you to check your form and choose the exercises you feel most comfortable with.
One Plan For Life
With our high tech programmes after you’ve completed one killer cycle, go back to the start, change the exercises and jump straight back in. The auto-regulated feature means that all workouts will be just enough workload for you, meaning that these plans will never get too easy.
