Featuring a PVC-coated wire rope, the inner layer of the rope is twisted around seven-wire ropes, each of these individual wire ropes consists of an additional seven thinner wires, totalling 49 wires within the rope to ensure durability and protect against wear.
The rope length adjuster allows you to control the length of rope before use, giving you the opportunity to get the rope to a length that you feel comfortable with, ensuring that you're able to utilise the skipping rope to your full potential!

Jump rope is very good. Handles are comfortable, the cord is good with convenient adjustment. Being at a height of 170-175 cm is ideal. For those who are above 175 cm, the rope will be short (it is better to immediately order a long cord). I'm happy with the purchase, I recommend this store!
