How To Do A Barbell Upright Row

Written Instructions

  1. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
  2. Hold the barbell down with hand shoulder width apart and arms fully extended.
  3. Brace your core.
  4. Raise the bar up to shoulder level, leading the movement with your elbows.
  5. Once the correct height has been reached, lower the barbell back down to the starting position.
