We offer free delivery on all of our orders apart from our branded merchandise to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal & Ireland.
We offer free standard delivery with tracking information for all orders.
We are our always doing our best to ensure you receive your order as fast as possible. We ship all of over our orders within 24 hours of receiving them. All orders are shipped from our distribution centres overseas which can lead to a slightly longer than usual delivery time.
Shipping Times By Country:
We have designated shipping options for the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal & Ireland.
We offer international delivery for the rest of the world for only £15.00 (or your currency's equivalent) extra.
There is also a longer shipping time on international orders, this depends on the country, but in most cases is 17-25 days. Contact us to find out more information about a specific country.
When your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking number, simply enter your tracking number here to track your order.
Please allow 48-72 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to be updated.

Once you've placed your order, we get to work on shipping it out right away to ensure your order is with you as soon as possible. We completely understand that you may want to make a change to your order and you're more than welcome to contact us to request a change or cancellation. Please note that there is a slight delay on our dispatch emails so your order may have been dispatched before you're notified, if this is the case, you're welcome to return your order following our standard returns policy.
To protect our customers from any potential fraudulent activity, unfortunately, we're unable to change the address on your order after it has been placed, so please ensure that you enter your address information correctly when placing an order.
We believe that you should have the time that you need to decide if your purchase from us is the right choice for you, so we offer 30 day easy returns, meaning that you have 30 days from when your order arrives to decide if you want to keep it or return it.
Your order must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a return/refund.

Please do not return items to our London office address, they will be returned to you. We do not accept any liability for goods that may be lost in transit via sending to this address.

They will be happy to assist you with processing your return and providing you with the information on where to return your product(s) to.
Please do not send returns to our London office address or any address listed on the item's packaging as we do not have the capacity to process them and will not accept liability for any goods that may be lost in transit via returning to one of these addresses.
