Written Instructions

  1. Lay flat on your back with your legs bent, feet together planted in the floor.
  2. Place your hands at your temples.
  3. Brace your core.
  4. Lift your upper body off the floor by squeezing your core.
  5. Stop when your shoulder blades have come off the floor, give a final squeeze and gently lower back down.


Looking for more of a flamin' challenge? Try doing knee crunches, elevating your knees during this movement can really help you get your sweat on.
