- Lay flat on your back with your legs bent, feet together planted in the floor.
- Place your hands at your temples.
- Brace your core.
- Lift your upper body off the floor by squeezing your core.
- Stop when your shoulder blades have come off the floor, give a final squeeze and gently lower back down.
