- Lay flat on your back, bend your legs so that the soles of your feet are touching one another. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, resting on your hips
- Keep your core tight, fire your hips towards the sky until your shoulders, hips and knees are all in line.
- Squeeze your bum at the top of this movement.
- Gently lower your hips back down towards the floor and repeat.
