How To Do A Dumbbell Frog Glute Bridge

Written Instructions

  1. Lay flat on your back, bend your legs so that the soles of your feet are touching one another. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, resting on your hips
  2. Keep your core tight, fire your hips towards the sky until your shoulders, hips and knees are all in line.
  3. Squeeze your bum at the top of this movement.
  4. Gently lower your hips back down towards the floor and repeat.
