How To Do A Dumbbell Neutral Grip Close Bench Press

Written Instructions

  1. Lay flat back on a bench or on the floor if performing at home. Plant your feet firmly into the floor.
  2. Holding a dumbbell in each hand, bring them straight up above your chest with your palms facing one another and dumbbells touching.
  3. Bring both dumbbells down towards your chest, keeping them together.
  4. Once you’ve reached your chest, fire upwards to return the arms fully extended above you again.
