- Lay flat back on a bench or on the floor if performing at home. Plant your feet firmly into the floor.
- Holding a dumbbell in each hand, bring them straight up above your chest with your palms facing one another and dumbbells touching.
- Bring both dumbbells down towards your chest, keeping them together.
- Once you’ve reached your chest, fire upwards to return the arms fully extended above you again.
