- Sit upright on a bench with feet planted in the floor.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand.
- Bring dumbbells up towards your head, they should start at around ear level, with palms facing forwards.
- Push upwards so that dumbbells are fired over your head and arms fully extend.
- Once you have reached the top of the movement, bring dumbbells back down to ear level so that arms are making 90 degrees angles.
