- Stand upright with feet hip width apart, arms straight down in front of you.
- Squat down, keeping your back flat, so your hands touch the floor.
- Explode up into the air, jumping as high as you can tucking your knees up towards your chest as you do so.
- Have a slight bend in the legs as you land.
- Once you have landed, squat down again and repeat for desired reps/time.
