How To Do A Floor Touch Tuck Jump

Written Instructions

  1. Stand upright with feet hip width apart, arms straight down in front of you.
  2. Squat down, keeping your back flat, so your hands touch the floor.
  3. Explode up into the air, jumping as high as you can tucking your knees up towards your chest as you do so.
  4. Have a slight bend in the legs as you land.
  5. Once you have landed, squat down again and repeat for desired reps/time.
