How To Do A Hanging Knee Raise

Written Instructions

  1. Jump up onto a pull up bar with a shoulder width grip, knuckles pointed towards the sky.
  2. Hands straight down so that your arms are fully extended.
  3. Brace your core and bring your knees up towards your chest, try to avoid swinging during the movement.
  4. Gently lower your legs back down so they’re straight again.
