How To Do A Hyperextension

Written Instructions

  1. Lay face down on the floor and bring your hand up to your temples, palms facing down.
  2. Brace your core.
  3. Raise your chest off the floor whilst keeping your hands on your temples.
  4. Squeeze your lower back and glutes at the top of the movement.
  5. Gently lower yourself back down when you cannot go back any further.


Looking for more of a flamin' challenge? Try doing a hyperextension hold, holding the movement for a given time can really help you get your sweat on.
