How To Do A Incline Barbell Bench Press

Written Instructions

  1. Lie flat back on the bench at around a 45 degree angle with your feet planted on the floor.
  2. Unrack the barbell from the rack.
  3. Gently lower the barbell to the top of your chest.
  4. Once contact has been made, drive the barbell back up to the start position keeping back flat on the bench.
