How To Do An Incline Dumbbell Bench

Written Instructions

  1. Lie flat back on a bench at around 45 degrees with feet planted in the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at chest level with palms facing towards your feet.
  3. Push your arms out until wrists, elbow and shoulders are all in line.
  4. Once you’ve reached the height of the movement, gradually lower the dumbbells back to chest level.
