Written Instructions
- Lie flat back on a bench at around 45 degrees with feet planted in the floor.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand at chest level with palms facing towards your feet.
- Push your arms out until wrists, elbow and shoulders are all in line.
- Once you’ve reached the height of the movement, gradually lower the dumbbells back to chest level.
