I received an email stating that they did not know when my product would arrive and that made me really dubious about the company however I received my product in the same time that I had received another product I received from eBay.

My package was unfortunatelly not delivered by the local courier in Denmark but a somewhat bad experience was quickly turned around by excellent customer service and quick responces from James/Flamin' Fitness.

Great service….
one of the main factors that defines how much a company cares, and in turn their success, is how they communicate with customers. This item took a little longer to deliver (not a lot only a few days) due to postal strikes but when I requested an update i received a reply from the owner within 20 minutes…at night!. Subsequent follow ups were provided and the goods arrived today - the recipient is over the moon and my faith that some people…some companies….do care…. is restored. Good luck to this business !!

Loved the product, unfortunately I struggle to find leggings that fit me well on the legs/hips/bum. Had to return these but customer services were so helpful, with quick personal service. Would recommend going up a size in the leggings. They've been nothing but helpful, will buy from them again in the future.
