How To Do A Sprint

Written Instructions

  1. Find a space that has two mark points larger than 10 metres and follows a straight line.
  2. Starting at one point, run as fast as you can to the other marker.
  3. Touch the marker as you get there, quickly rotating to run back to the first marker.
  4. Repeat for time.

Regression

Don’t have a big enough space to perform sprints? Finding them too hard? Try jogging on the spot, imitate a jogging pace but stay fixed to one spot. Slow it right down if you need to.

Progression

Looking for more of a flamin' challenge? Try doing sprints with a jump, adding in a jump to your sprints to really help get your sweat on.
