- Find a space that has two mark points larger than 10 metres and follows a straight line.
- Starting at one point, run as fast as you can to the other marker.
- Touch the marker as you get there, quickly rotating to run back to the first marker.
- Repeat for time.
Don’t have a big enough space to perform sprints? Finding them too hard? Try jogging on the spot, imitate a jogging pace but stay fixed to one spot. Slow it right down if you need to.
