Written Instructions
- Find 2 markers than are bigger than 10m apart and follow a straight path.
- Starting at one marker, run towards the other as fast as you can.
- Once you’ve reached the 2nd marker, jump up into the air with your hands above your head.
- Once you’ve landed with bent legs, turn around and sprint back to the original marker, performing another jump once you get there.
- Repeat for time.
