How To Do A Sumo Squat Hold

Written Instructions

  1. Stand with a wide stance, as wide as is comfortable, with your feet pointing outwards slightly.
  2. Squat down so that your legs are bent to around 90 degrees, keepIng your back straight.
  3. Hold your hand together at chest level.
  4. Squeezing your core, hold this position for as long as possible.
