These 4 step, no-bake protein balls are the ultimate munch. Keep yourself topped up throughout the day with a source of protein, unsaturated fat and slow-releasing carbs.


  • 130g Rolled Oats
  • 80g Peanut Butter
  • 60g Protein Powder
  • 20g Honey
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Nibs


Makes around 24

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Use your hand to really bind everything up.
  3. Make small balls out of the mixture and place into an airtight container.
  4. Store in the fridge to let set for a few hours.
  5. Grab and go!
