Abso-Flamin-Lutely! This 5-minute lunch/dinner or snack can be used as an alternative to the sloppy, greasy takeaways. Can be made vegan by using solely vegan toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla wrap/ 2 mini tortilla wraps
  • Tomato purΓ©e
  • Low-fat cheese/ vegan cheese
  • Toppings of choice

Method

  1. Heat up the oven to Gas Mark 5 / 190 Electric / 170 Fan
  2. Generously spread tomato purΓ©e over tortilla wrap.
  3. Add toppings of choice. We recommend a protein source and some veggies!
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Place on a baking tray and in the oven for around 5-7 minutes.
  6. β€˜Wrap’ your mouth around that and enjoy a healthier version of a classic comfort food.
